Information from booking requests is used solely to confirm appointments by phone. We do not use your information for marketing, automated profiling, or any purpose other than scheduling your visit.

Booking information is retained for no longer than 30 days after your scheduled visit, then securely deleted. If a booking is not confirmed, information is deleted within 7 days.
5. Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party, ever. No data brokers, no advertisers, no marketing platforms.
6. Children’s Privacy (COPPA)
This website is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If we discover we have inadvertently collected such data, we will delete it immediately.
Guests under 18 may receive massage services only when physically accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who provides verbal consent. Our booking form may not be used to schedule services for minors without an accompanying adult present.

Body Spa provides massage therapy, hot stone treatments, reflexology, and facial services at Hampshire Mall, Hadley, MA. All services are for relaxation and general wellness purposes only and do not constitute medical treatment, diagnosis, or therapy.
2. Age Requirements & Minor Protection
Guests must be 18 years of age or older to receive services independently. Guests under 18 may only receive services when a parent or legal guardian is physically present throughout the session and provides explicit verbal consent.
We reserve the right to decline service to any unaccompanied minor. Staff will request proof of age if there is reasonable doubt.
3. Booking Requests
Submitting a booking request through this website does not guarantee an appointment. All bookings are confirmed by phone. If you do not receive a call within 24 hours, please contact us directly.
4. Health & Medical Disclaimer
Massage and related services are not substitutes for professional medical advice. Guests with medical conditions, recent injuries, pregnancy, or known sensitivities should consult their physician before booking. You are responsible for disclosing relevant health information to your therapist before each session.
5. Professional Conduct
We maintain a safe, professional environment. We reserve the right to refuse or immediately terminate service — with full charge applied — to any guest who makes inappropriate, sexual, or threatening requests, or who is visibly impaired by alcohol or drugs.
6. Cancellations
Walk-in guests may leave at any time. For pre-booked visits, we appreciate at least 2 hours’ notice to reschedule. We understand life happens and will always do our best to accommodate you.
7. Limitation of Liability
Body Spa is not liable for adverse reactions arising from services where the guest did not disclose a relevant health condition. Our total liability in any circumstance is limited to the cost of the service received during that session.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hampshire County, MA.
